How to vote

Voting takes place through our online nominations and voting platform, managed by Civica. All Ordinary, Associate (BJCA) and Affiliate Members of the society will have received an email containing a unique link from Civica. This link is bespoke to the member and allows the member to cast their voting.  

* Rules around voting eligibility:

• Ordinary Members and Associate (BJCA) Members of the BCS can vote in all BCS elections (i.e., for President Elect, Vice President roles and elected roles on committees).   
• Affiliate Members of the BCS can vote for BCS committee roles only.

Your vote matters! The BCS is committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion, and these elections help shape our future.

Results will be announced and ratified at the AGM on 3 June 2026.
