Booking for sessions in the Education Zone will open in March/April 2026. These sessions will be open and available to anyone who has registered to attend the BCS Annual Conference.

If you require a letter of support from BCS for your visa application, please download this form, complete and send to [email protected] at your earliest convenience. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time when applying for a visa and requesting a support letter from BCS. Once the letter has been issued by BCS, it is the responsibility of the individual delegate to make the necessary arrangements with the relevant authority (British Embassy/High Commission/Visa Consulate) and follow up if necessary for a response. BCS does not have the jurisdiction to expedite matters with the relevant authority.

If your abstract is accepted ’for the conference, you will be notified by email on how to to register for the BCS Annual Conference.
Once registered, all you need to do is to pick up your badge at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference.
If you need to change the presenter last-minute you can do this, but please note that only abstract co-authors are permitted to present. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible to confirm the change in presenter.
