Dr Isabel Carter is currently an IMT2 working in the South Manchester Sector. She graduated from University of Leeds medical school in 2020 and is keen to persue a career in cardiology. She recently won the BJCA 2025 essay prize titled "green at heart; can cardiology become more environmentally sustainable without compromising patient care?" and is looking forward to developing research in this area as well as promoting practical steps to encourage sustainability within the field of cardiology.
