When is the Early Bird deadline?
The Early Bird booking window will close at 23.59hrs on Tuesday 5 May 2026.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, once registered you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered with.

Does the BCS Annual Conference have CPD points?
The BCS Annual Conference 2026 has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 17 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s) and has been awarded 9 (3 per day) re-accreditation points by the British Society of Echocardiography – see the online BSE Points list.
When will I be able to book sessions in the Education Zone?
Booking for sessions in the Education Zone will open in March/April 2026. These sessions will be open and available to anyone who has registered to attend the BCS Annual Conference.
How do I get a letter of support from BCS for my visa?
If you require a letter of support from BCS for your visa application, please download this form, complete and send to [email protected] at your earliest convenience. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time when applying for a visa and requesting a support letter from BCS. Once the letter has been issued by BCS, it is the responsibility of the individual delegate to make the necessary arrangements with the relevant authority (British Embassy/High Commission/Visa Consulate) and follow up if necessary for a response. BCS does not have the jurisdiction to expedite matters with the relevant authority.
How do I get my conference badge if I’m an abstract presenter?
If your abstract is accepted ’for the conference, you will be notified by email on how to to register for the BCS Annual Conference.
Once registered, all you need to do is to pick up your badge at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference.
If you need to change the presenter last-minute you can do this, but please note that only abstract co-authors are permitted to present. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible to confirm the change in presenter.
