How to vote

Voting takes place through our online nominations and voting platform, managed by Civica. On Thursday 1st May 2025, all Ordinary, Associate BJCA and Affiliate Members of the society will receive an email containing a unique link. This link is bespoke to the member and allows the member to cast their voting.  

* Rules around voting eligibility: 

• Ordinary Members and Associate (BJCA) Members of the BCS can vote in all BCS elections (i.e., for elected roles on committees and for Vice President posts).    
• Affiliate Members of the BCS can vote for BCS committee roles.

📅 Voting closes at 11:59 pm on 22 May 2024.

Results will be announced and ratified at the AGM on 4 June 2025.
